The U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) established the Academy for Women Entrepreneurs (AWE) in 2019. AWE is designed for women with an entrepreneurial spirit to provide them with the skills, resources, and networks needed to start and scale successful businesses using the "DreamBuilder" programme.

DreamBuilder courses are bundled together to create a step-by-step ONLINE framework for launching or growing your own small business.
Learn the foundation for starting a business, like planning, marketing, pricing, management, accounting, managing risk, finding funding, setting goals, and more. Whether you’re just starting or already own a business looking to grow, the program can help you hone your skills in key areas.

Upon course completion, all AWE participants will be entered into ECA’s Exchange Alumni Database. You will receive status as U.S. Govt. sponsored program alumni and get access to IEA's (International Exchange Alumni) resources.
